The Empty Room

Our poor empty living room.

We had great plans for it when we moved in. A big rug, some chairs maybe a coffee table... but then a couple months after we moved in, the owners decided to put the house up for sale.

We weren't about to furnish a room in a house that we were going to have to move out of soon anyway, so there it sat.

Empty (mostly).

Hindsight now tells us that the house wasn't going to sell any time soon. It has been over a year now. I guess we could have furnished the room, but oh well. It made a great dance floor for the crazy dance parties that Logan and I have.

There was one time of year it didn't look so empty though.



I usually get anxious about taking the Christmas tree down the day after Christmas, but this year I left that thing up for as long as I could.
