Catch Up
Sunday, January 10, 2010
We are back home now.
It feels weird to be on a normal schedule again.
For those of you who don't know, my brother's wife gave us all a little scare.
Well, a big scare actually.
A HUGE scare.
We have been up in Washington since Christmas, trying to help out anyway we could. She is out of the ICU (still in the hospital, but in a normal room) and off the ventilator, breathing on her own, so we decided to head home. It was hard leaving them, knowing that there is still a lot that can be done. That is the great thing about having such a big family though (and most of them living in Washington, close to them)... there is a lot of help. I just hope that she is able to wow the doctors and get home in record time.
Now that I am home, that means catch up time. I had a lot of posts floating around in my head during the Christmas season, but I might just have to consolidate them into one or two.
Hmm... you will just have to wait and see.

I had the exact same thing happening to me...all these blog post ideas floating around while we were in WA. Time to get rid of them!
Bets-
In case no one else says it- nice job/idea on Nicole's blog. I think it was very thoughtful to give her mom an outlet and to update the world without a million phone calls. I am proud of you for sacrificing your time to support Ben and Nicole and I am so glad you are my wife.
