Question of the Week: Competitive

What brings out your competitive nature?

Games. (Really, who's competitive side doesn't come out during games.)

Video games...

Don't mess with me when I get in "the zone" during a Tetris tournament. I am pretty darn good.

Catan...

That game can ruin friendships.

Bang...

It has been known to cause weekends of silence between spouses. (Rusty, Brit???) It doesn't usually take me a weekend, but maybe a good hour or so to forgive Tom after a game sometimes.

Gosh... what else?

I just asked Tom. He said, "People telling you that you can't do something. Oh, wait... that's me." Oh, yes it is. You should have seen him when my Dad told him that we couldn't make it up their driveway in the snow. Oh, we made it. We definitely made it.

I know there is more, but I guess my brain is too tired to think of them right now. (I am cheating and writing this Wednesday night.) I might have to revisit this question later. I feel like there is something on the edge of my brain, waiting to get out.
