It's finally Christmas time at the Sass house.

We finally went and cut down our tree this past weekend.



It was SO cold, but Logan had a blast anyway. He had a lot of interesting ideas of what would make a good tree. Mostly, it seemed that he didn't want one that was taller than him. Luckily it was easy to convince him otherwise.



Here is the finished product. Logan thinks it is pretty cool and always wants the lights on. Surprisingly, he has been pretty good with it. (Not only does he always want our tree lights on, but our neighbors across the street have some green lights that he would like on all the time also. Throughout the day he will look out the front window to see if they are on. When they finally get turned on he gets SO excited. He loves anything green.)

After we finished with the tree we decorated some sugar cookies.



Tom got pretty into it and even brought out special "tools" to help him decorate.



I am sure you can guess which ones Tom did and which ones Logan and I did.
